Recipes and How to Make Blueberry Strussel


Blueberry Strussel
*Classic Cake with sweet, savory, slightly acid may be a family favorite snack. Cake batter crispy batter coated sweet plus fresh blueberries makes a delicious taste delicious! Suitable served during special occasions, such as: gathering and a birthday party.

Ingredients:
120 grams of butter
100 sugar
50 grams of brown sugar
2 chicken eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla powder
2 cans of Nestlé BEAR BRAND Gold

  Sift together:
280 grams of wheat flour
11/2 baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
200 grams of fresh blueberries / frozen

  Topping:
100 grams of wheat flour
20 grams of Nestle Cornflakes
150 grams of sugar
110 grams of butter
1 teaspoon cinnamon

How to Make:
  1. Prepare a rectangular baking pan, butter polish.
2. Beat butter with sugar until sugar dissolves.
3. Add eggs one at a time, and vanilla with a whisk until dissolved.
4. Enter the flour mixture, stirring gently until blended.
5. Pour the milk little by little and mix well.
6. Add blueberries and stir.
7. Topping: Place all ingredients in a food processor.
8. Process until finely grained.
9. Pour some batter into the pan, smooth.
10. Top with a sprinkling of some of the material.
11. Pour the batter and sprinkle again with topped with a sprinkling of ingredients.
12. Bake in hot oven 180 C for 30 minutes until golden and cooked through.
13. Remove and let cool.


Tips:
- In addition to blueberries fresh / frozen blueberries can use canned.
Drain the water until slightly dry and then mix in the batter.
- If no food processor, mix the dough with a fork until fine grained.
