Recipes and How to Make Bitterballen


Bitterballen
*Snacks that one is very salable Loud.
And surely liked by your family, and that is certainly quite nutritious too!

Ingredients:
300 grams of minced beef
75 grams of wheat flour, sifted
500 ml of liquid milk
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/2 onion, finely chopped
1 stalk spring onion, finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
50 grams of grated cheddar cheese
3 tablespoons butter
2 eggs, beaten
Bread crumbs to taste

  How to make:
1. Saute garlic and onion in butter until fragrant.
2. Enter the flour, stirring until smooth.
3. Add milk, stirring until well blended flour with milk.
4. Add nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
5. Enter minced meat and scallions. Cook until done.
6. Add cheese, stirring until cheese slightly melted. Lift.
